I deposited ₹1000 into my Stake account via PhonePe UPI on April 3, 2026, at approximately 9:49 PM. The payment is marked as successful in my PhonePe transaction history, but the funds have neither been credited to my Stake account nor refunded to my bank account.
After noticing the missing funds, I contacted Stake support. They informed me that their review was completed and that, according to their payment provider, the funds were not received. They advised me to check my bank statement for a reversal, follow up with my bank, and initiate a refund request if necessary. They also provided an escalation ID: U8B6joFk31mGCJxP.
Despite this, I have still not received the ₹1000 in my bank account, and it has not been added to my Stake balance. I request that this issue be re-investigated using the provided escalation ID and payment details, and that my ₹1000 either be promptly refunded to my bank account or correctly credited to my Stake account.
I also request clear communication regarding the final outcome and the exact status of this transaction.
