I Face Stake And MobiKwik Payment Issue With Funds Not Credited
I made a deposit of ₹1,500 to my Stake account using UPI through the MobiKwik application on April 3, 2026. The money was debited from my bank account immediately, but the amount has neither been credited to my Stake balance nor refunded to my bank account, and it has now been almost 6 days without any resolution.
My registered email address on Stake is adnanmughal****@gmail.com, and my username is adnan1017. After noticing that the deposit did not appear in my Stake account, I contacted both Stake support and MobiKwik support. Stake informed me that the amount should be refunded, while my bank and the UPI system confirm that the transaction was completed successfully and that the money has left my account.
As a result, I am stuck between both sides—Stake is pointing toward a refund, while the bank confirms a successful transfer—yet I cannot see my funds anywhere. This situation has caused serious inconvenience, as a significant amount has been tied up for several days without any clear information.
I followed all instructions provided by support teams, but I still have not received a proper solution, a credit to my Stake account, or a refund.
I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and fully traced, and that the deposited ₹1,500 be credited directly to my Stake account as soon as possible. If this is not possible, I expect a clear written explanation of the exact status and location of this transaction, along with a prompt resolution so that I am not left without my money any longer.
