I made a UPI deposit to my Stake account on March 15, 2026, at 8:08 PM for an amount of ₹3,999.64 using PhonePe. The transaction was successfully completed and the amount was debited from my bank account. I also have the transaction reference number: 697734710270.
However, the funds have not been credited to my Stake account, and Stake claims that they did not receive the payment. After noticing that the deposit was missing, I contacted Stake support, and they informed me that they had not received the amount.
I then contacted PhonePe, who advised me to reach out to my bank. When I contacted my bank, they checked the transaction and confirmed that it was successful and that the funds were credited to the recipient (QR account). They also stated that they cannot take any further action.
At this point, I am stuck between Stake, PhonePe, and my bank, even though the transaction clearly shows as successful and the money has been deducted from my account.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated and resolved, and that my ₹3,999.64 either be correctly credited to my Stake account or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
