I made two deposits to my Stake account via UPI PhonePe using my Kotak Mahindra Bank account, but the money has not been credited to my game wallet. The first deposit of ₹500 was made on 28 March at around 4:23 pm with reference number 608700497409, and the second deposit of ₹1,000 was made on 29 March at around 7:34 pm with reference number 776047448907. In the Stake system, both transactions were shown as “deposit pending after reviewing” and then my orders were cancelled, even though the money was successfully debited from my bank through PhonePe. Despite this, the corresponding amounts have not been reflected in my Stake balance. I request that these cancelled deposits be resolved urgently and that the relevant amounts be refunded back to my original payment method, or another clear solution be provided so that I do not suffer any financial loss.
