Stake Deposit Missing After ₹4,500 PhonePe Payment

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with Stake while depositing money through PhonePe. On February 27 and March 10, I made three separate PhonePe transactions to my Stake account. In total, ₹4,500 was deducted from my account, but the money was never credited to my Stake balance.
After noticing that the deposits were missing, I contacted Stake customer support. They told me to contact my bank. When I spoke with my bank, they told me to contact the payment merchant instead. As a result, I am stuck between the different parties, and I still have not received either my money back or the deposit credited to my Stake account.
I am very disappointed that these deposits have neither been refunded nor added to my Stake balance, even though the transactions were successfully completed from my side.
I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that my total amount of ₹4,500 be either credited to my Stake account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
