Stake UPI Deposit Not Credited

I attempted to add funds to my Stake account on 29 March 2026 at around 10:47 PM, but the money was deducted from my bank and has still not been reflected in my Stake account. I made a payment of ₹499.99 from my SBI account via UPI, and the transaction UTR number is 611007619138. Despite the successful debit from my bank, my Stake balance has not increased, and I have not received any confirmation from Stake about this transaction. When I tried to raise this issue, the app did not provide a proper chat box for complaint and only showed pre-defined problem options, which did not help in my situation. I also sent an email to Stake, but I received an automated response stating that they do not provide email services, so my issue remains unresolved and I have no proper support channel. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that either the full amount of ₹499.99 be refunded to my SBI bank account or immediately credited to my Stake account. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why I was unable to access proper customer support for such a critical payment problem.
