Stake Support Cancels Deposit Inquiry Without Resolution

I made a local currency deposit to my Stake account on 31 January from my SBI bank account for an amount of ₹3,500. Despite sufficient time passing, this amount has still not been credited to my Stake account. To resolve the issue, I raised an enquiry through Stake, but this enquiry was later cancelled without any resolution or proper explanation. After that, I tried to contact the Stake customer support again. My emails are not being answered, and on live support, I am not able to reach a payment specialist because the AI chatbot does not allow me to take any further action or escalate the issue. For reference, the transaction ID of my deposit is 3257429979, and the UTR number is 396438057788. When submitting this complaint, I will also attach a screenshot of my SBI bank statement or transaction confirmation showing the debit of ₹3,500 for this payment. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and that my ₹3,500 either be credited to my Stake account or refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, along with a clear explanation of what went wrong.
