Stake Support Says No Payment Received Despite Successful Transaction

On March 13 at 12:26 a.m., I made my first deposit to Stake.in using UPI in the amount of 1,000 (transaction/UPI reference ID: 607259650372). Although the money was deducted from my account, it has neither been credited to my Stake.in balance nor refunded to me.

I contacted Stake.in customer support and escalated the issue, but I was told that they did not receive the funds. However, on my end, the transaction appears as successfully completed, and the amount has been debited from my account. As a result, I am left without my money and without any resolution.

I request that this issue be urgently resolved by either crediting the 1,000 to my Stake.in account or refunding the full amount to my original payment method used via UPI.
