Stake Payment Completed But Deposit Pending

Dear Support Team, I am writing to inform you that I made a deposit of ₹3,000 via UPI into my Stake account, but the transaction is still showing as pending on your platform. Here are the transaction details: Stake Transaction ID: 3318192184 Date & Time: 1 March 2026, 12:09 PM Amount: ₹3,000 Payment Method: UPI UPI Transaction Details: UPI Transaction ID: 102805575765 MobiKwik Order ID: OMK275aa097156f87f Bank: Union Bank of India (Account ending - 2190) Payment Status: Successful The payment has been successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not yet been credited to my Stake wallet. Kindly check and update the status of this deposit at the earliest. I have attached the payment confirmation screenshots for your reference. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have already contacted customer support regarding this issue, but the problem is still not resolved. Despite providing the necessary payment details, my funds remain blocked in this pending transaction. I request that the 3,000 INR be refunded back to my original payment account as soon as possible and that I receive a clear explanation of why this delay occurred and how it will be prevented in the future.
