Stake App Not Crediting UPI Deposits From PNB Google Pay

I made two deposits from my Punjab National Bank account via UPI using Google Pay to my Stake app account, but the money was deducted from my bank and never appeared in my Stake balance. The first transaction was on 29 March at around 6:38 pm for 1,000 INR, and the second was on 4 April at around 8:52 pm for 999.97 INR. In both cases, the payment was completed on my side and the amounts were debited from my bank account. When I checked my Stake account, the deposits were not credited, even though I have the UTR numbers and full proof of both successful transactions from my bank and Google Pay. I contacted support and was told that the payment was not received, but this does not match the evidence I have, as the funds have clearly left my bank account on both dates. I request that you urgently investigate these two UPI transactions and either locate the missing deposits and add the total amount of 1,999.97 INR to my Stake account balance, or provide a clear explanation of what happened to these payments. I am ready to share the UTR numbers and screenshots of the successful transactions so this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
