I made a deposit of 1,000 INR to my Stake.ac account via UPI on 3 April 2026. On Stake.ac the transaction is shown as failed, but on Paytm the payment appears as successful and 1,000 INR has been deducted from my bank account. I contacted support and was informed that the payment failed, however this does not reflect what I see on Paytm or in my bank balance, where the amount has clearly been debited. In this situation, I request that 1,000 INR be credited to my Stake.ac balance as soon as possible, or that the issue be investigated urgently so that the missing amount is properly accounted for and my balance is corrected.
