Paytm UPI Payment Successful But Stake Balance Not Updated

I made two deposits to Stake.com via Paytm UPI on 24 March, in the amounts of 6,999.74 and 2,100. Both amounts were debited from my bank account via Paytm, but they were never credited to my Stake.com account. When I contacted Stake.com customer support through chat and email, they told me that the money did not reach their provider account and advised me to talk to my bank for a reversal. However, when I contacted Paytm / my bank, they clearly stated that both transactions were successful from their side and the money was sent. At the moment I am stuck between Stake.com and Paytm/bank, with 6,999.74 and 2,100 deducted from my account and neither refunded nor credited to my Stake.com balance. I have screenshots of the successful UPI transactions and all the necessary proofs. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that either the total amount of these two transactions be immediately refunded back to my bank account, or the same amounts be manually credited to my Stake.com wallet. I also ask to be informed in writing of the result of the investigation and the exact reason for this discrepancy between Stake.com and the payment provider.
