For the past 13 days, I have been dealing with a serious issue involving a deposit I made to my Stake.com account that still has not been credited. On April 2, 2026, I completed a UPI transaction of ₹13,999.95 with UPI reference number 609279418153 to the recipient name Ganesh Ramlu Boya, UPI ID boim-0253325102**@boi. The payment was successfully processed from my bank’s side, but the amount has never appeared in my Stake account. My Stake complaint reference IDs are 3385591946 and 3385598599.
I submitted the deposit escalation form, but Stake closed it, claiming that the payment was not received on their end. In addition to the escalation form, I repeatedly contacted Stake.com support through live chat and email. Even after sending my bank statement and a clear transaction screenshot showing that the payment was successful, I have continued to receive the same response that Stake did not receive the money, with no proper solution offered.
Under these circumstances, I expect Stake.com to either immediately credit the full deposit amount of ₹13,999.95 to my Stake account or refund the full amount back to my bank account without any further delay. I also request a thorough investigation into this failed deposit, a clear explanation of what went wrong, and a formal acknowledgment of the inconvenience and stress this ongoing issue has caused me.
