Stake I Face Stake Deposit Pending After ₹2000 UPI Payment via PhonePe

I am writing regarding an issue with two pending wallet deposits on Stake casino, which I use from Tamil Nadu, India. Despite both payments being successfully debited from my bank account via PhonePe UPI, neither amount has been credited to my Stake account.

On April 9, 2026, at 9:35 PM IST and 9:47 PM IST, I made two separate deposits of ₹1,000 each to my Stake wallet. For the first transaction at 9:35 PM, the Stake Transaction ID is 3398605748, and the UPI Reference Number (UTR) is 794001561364. The amount was sent from my UPI ID 74490941**@ybl (Indian Bank) to 92384062**@ptyes under the name Malti Kur**.

For the second transaction at 9:47 PM, the Stake Transaction ID is 3398629467, and the UPI Reference Number (UTR) is 179442154088. This payment was sent from the same UPI ID to 99298343**@ptaxis under the name Aman Mee**.

In both cases, my bank and UPI app confirm that the transactions were successfully completed. However, on the Stake platform, both deposits are still marked as “Pending.” For each transaction, an escalation has already been raised with the status “Reviewing.” The Enquiry ID for the first transaction is sFgMCer2SM2areTO (created at 10:06 PM), and for the second transaction it is qbLIIkHy30UzBBL- (created at 10:05 PM).

I have also contacted Stake support regarding this issue. Despite these escalations being under review, the total amount of ₹2,000 has still not been credited to my wallet. My Stake account details match the payment information used, and I have clear screenshots of both the Stake transaction pages and the successful UPI payment confirmations.

I kindly request that these two deposits be urgently investigated and that the full amount of ₹2,000 be credited to my Stake wallet as soon as possible. If this cannot be done promptly, I request a clear explanation along with specific steps and a definite timeline for resolution. I am ready to provide all supporting documents whenever required and expect a prompt and transparent response.
