I am writing to report an unresolved issue regarding a missing deposit on my 4rabet account. On 13 June 2026 at around 3:21 a.m. (India time), I deposited ₹1000 using UPI via Google Pay. The amount has been debited from my Google Pay/bank account, and I have a transaction/reference ID, but the money has still not been credited to my 4rabet account even though almost 48 hours have passed. I contacted 4rabet support about this problem, and they only informed me that they are looking into it, but there has been no concrete update or resolution so far. This delay is causing me inconvenience, especially since the payment has clearly gone through on my side. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the missing ₹1000 to my 4rabet account without any further delay or refunding the full amount back to my bank account. I would also like a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction so that similar issues do not occur again.
