Cancel My Netshort Subscription!

I am writing regarding an unwanted NetShort Singapore SG subscription that I wish to cancel immediately. I no longer want this service and I do not recall agreeing to continue using it. I was recently charged $24.99 for this subscription, and I have tried to contact NetShort customer service but have been unable to reach anyone or receive any support. Because I do not want this subscription anymore, I request that my subscription be cancelled with immediate effect so that no further charges are taken. I also request written confirmation that my NetShort subscription has been cancelled and that no additional payments will be charged to my account.
