Stake Missing Funds Issue With Two Failed UPI Deposits
I am writing regarding a serious issue I experienced with Stake Online Betting Casino involving two UPI deposits I made to my Stake account on April 6, 2026 via PhonePe.
I deposited a total of ₹5,000 in two separate transactions: ₹4,000 (UTR: 685641747751) and ₹1,000 (UTR: 641633733810), using the UPI ID provided directly on your platform. The money was successfully debited from my PhonePe/bank account, but it has never been credited to my Stake wallet.
Initially, the deposit status on Stake showed as “pending,” and I was advised to wait 24 hours before raising a complaint. I followed this instruction, waited, and then submitted a support request along with all required proof, including transaction details and payment confirmations.
However, I was later informed that the review had been completed and the case was closed, with the explanation that the funds never reached Stake. I was told to check my bank statement, contact my bank for a reversal, and initiate a refund request if needed. I was also given an escalation ID: eCk8N1UmGEnac6eV.
This response is extremely frustrating because I used the exact UPI ID provided by Stake, and the amount was clearly deducted from my account. I am now stuck between Stake and my bank, with no resolution and my money missing.
I request that Stake reopen this case, thoroughly review the transactions associated with the UTR numbers provided, and coordinate with their payment gateway or banking partners if necessary. My expectation is clear: either the ₹5,000 should be credited to my Stake wallet or refunded to my original payment method.
I am willing to provide any additional documents or screenshots again if required. I kindly ask for a fair, transparent review and a prompt resolution so that my funds are returned as soon as possible.
