I’m from a restricted country and Stake.com blocked my account after deposit — how can I safely retrieve my balance?

Because their license doesn't allow them to do business in some areas, Stake.com can legally block your account if you made a payment from one of those areas.

If they find an IP address, payment pattern, or failed KYC attempt that isn't allowed, the account is stopped, even if the deposit was approved.

To get your amount back, contact Stake support via live chat or email and make it clear that you only want to withdraw the money once because of restrictions in your country.

Stake usually lets you do this as long as you can show that you own the account, the crypto wallet that was used to put the money, and the money came from a real source.

To make sure the withdrawal goes to the true owner, they may only ask for basic verification (ID and confirmation of the deposit wallet). Do not try to bet or log in through VPNs again, as this could lead to lasting bans.

If Stake won't talk to you or withholds your money without giving you a reason, write down your balance, all transactions, and all messages. Then, file a complaint on Xolvie to take the case to the next level and improve your chances of getting your deposit back.
