I Face Stake Deposit Pending After ₹2,000 Paytm Payment

I made a wallet deposit on Stake that is still showing as pending, even though the amount has already been debited from my bank account.

On April 3, 2026, at 12:29 AM IST, I initiated a deposit of ₹2,000 on Stake via Paytm. On the Stake transaction page, the payment is still marked as “Pending,” but my bank has confirmed that the payment was successfully processed.

The Stake Transaction ID is 3386454063, and the UPI Reference Number is 300053043365. The amount of ₹2,000 was sent from my UPI ID 98172406**@ptyes (Union Bank of India) to the receiver UPI ID 9131390040@pthdfc under the name Mr. Pradeep Yadav. The Stake system still shows this transaction as pending.

I contacted Stake support today regarding this issue, but the deposit has still not been credited to my Stake wallet. I also have screenshots showing both the Stake transaction status and the successful UPI payment confirmation.

I kindly request that this issue be urgently investigated and that the ₹2,000 be credited to my Stake wallet as soon as possible. If this is not possible, I ask to be clearly informed about the exact steps and timeline required to resolve this issue.
