Paytm UPI Payment Successful but Stake Balance Not Updated
On April 3 at approximately 7:00 PM, I deposited ₹500 into my Stake account via UPI using Paytm (linked to Ipos Bank).
The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Stake balance.
I have a screenshot confirming the successful transaction as proof of payment. However, my Stake account does not reflect the deposit, and the money is missing from my bank account.
I have attempted to contact support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response.
I request that the ₹500 be credited to my Stake account immediately, or that appropriate action be taken to resolve this issue based on the transaction details and proof I can provide.
