BDG Game Did Not Credit My Two Deposits Despite Successful Payments

I am writing regarding an issue with deposits that were not credited to my account on BDG Game. Today, I made two separate deposits to BDG Game, but neither of them has been reflected in my game balance.

At around 2:01 PM, I deposited ₹3,000, and at around 2:50 PM, I deposited ₹10,000 to BDG Game. Despite both transactions being successfully completed on my side, the amounts have still not been credited to my BDG Game account.

I request that the total amount of ₹13,000 be immediately credited to my BDG Game account as soon as possible. Alternatively, I ask that these transactions be urgently reviewed and resolved without any further delay.
