On February 16, 2026, at around 8:00 PM, I made a deposit of ₹10,000 to my DM Win Game account via UPI. However, this amount has still not been credited to my game wallet. At the time of payment, the transaction showed as successful, and ₹10,000 was deducted from my account.

I contacted customer support of the UPI app I used for the payment, and they confirmed that the amount was successfully transferred to the merchant, DM Win Game. My bank also confirmed that the payment was completed and that the funds were successfully sent to the merchant. Despite this, there is still no balance reflected in my DM Win Game wallet, and I have not received any assistance or clear response from your side.

I request that this transaction be investigated immediately and that the ₹10,000 currently held or pending on your side be refunded without delay to the same UPI ID or bank account used for the payment. I also request a written explanation via email or app notification detailing what went wrong with this transaction, so that such issues can be avoided in the future.
