I Face Free Fire Permanent Suspension for Abnormal Activities

I am requesting a detailed review of the permanent suspension placed on my Garena Free Fire account, which I access on an Android phone. My player name is TOM, and my UID is 121484207. On April 18, 2025, I discovered that my account had been permanently suspended for “abnormal activities.” I was very surprised by this because I have never knowingly used hacks, cheats, or any unauthorized third-party tools while playing the game.

If any unusual activity was detected on my account, I believe it may have been unintentional or caused by external factors beyond my control. This account is very important to me, and I have spent a great deal of time and effort playing Free Fire fairly. I have already contacted Garena support about this suspension, but I am still waiting for a clear explanation and a proper solution.

I respectfully request that my account be thoroughly reviewed again, that I be informed in detail of the exact reason for the suspension, and that my account be restored if possible. I kindly ask for my case to be reconsidered and for my access to the game to be reinstated.
