Uber Eats Marked My Order as Delivered but It Never Arrived

On June 2, 2026, at 1:01 PM, I placed order #11284526239 through Uber Eats from Komagene, paying $6 by card. My order never arrived, yet the system marked it as delivered — as if the courier had completed the drop-off.
Despite never receiving my order, I submitted multiple refund requests through the app, and every single one was rejected. I received neither my food nor a refund for what I paid.
I am requesting that Uber Eats investigate this missing order and refund the $6 I paid, and that the necessary controls be put in place to prevent other customers from going through the same thing. I would also like to note that if this matter is not resolved, I will be filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.
