I Face Stake Deposit Not Credited After PhonePe UPI Payment

I am facing a serious issue with a missing deposit on my Stake account that has still not been resolved. On April 20, 2026, at around 5:34 AM, I made a deposit of ₹1,499.05 using PhonePe UPI to a payee named “Rabiya Khat**” in order to add funds to my Stake account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account through PhonePe, but it has neither been credited to my Stake balance nor refunded to me.
The UTR/transaction reference number for this payment is 136243597541. My Stake account username is “cromin,” and the registered email is chauhanritesh9***@gmail.com. After noticing that the funds were missing, I contacted Stake support and provided all the correct transaction details. However, they continue to claim that the information is incorrect, even though I am sharing accurate data directly from my PhonePe transaction.
I also contacted PhonePe support, and they confirmed that the payment was successfully processed on their end and advised me to contact the merchant, which is Stake. As a result, my money is now stuck between both parties with no resolution.
I request that this transaction be properly investigated using the provided details and that the ₹1,499.05 be either credited to my Stake account or immediately refunded to my original payment method. I also expect clear written confirmation of the outcome of this investigation.
