Payment Is Successful But Not Showing In Stake Account

On 14 April 2026, I made a general wallet deposit on Stake via UPI using PhonePe for an amount of ₹1,000 INR. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account and the transaction is shown as successful in PhonePe, with the UPI transaction ID 3411084776. However, this amount has still not been credited to my Stake wallet. I contacted Stake customer support about this missing deposit and was informed that the payment did not reach Stake, even though my PhonePe app shows the transaction as successful and the money has been taken from my account. This situation is causing me inconvenience, as my funds are stuck and I cannot use them on the platform. I request that Stake urgently investigates this transaction and either immediately credits the ₹1,000 INR to my Stake wallet or refunds the same amount back to my bank account, so that my money is no longer held in limbo.
