Deposits Not Credited to Casino Account
I have been using Stake’s online casino and sportsbook from India without any issues until recently, but two of my recent deposits made via UPI have not been credited to my Stake balance. On 17/06/2026, I deposited 750 Indian rupees through UPI, and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account. However, it never appeared in my Stake account. Then, on 20/06/2026, I made another UPI deposit of 500 Indian rupees, and this amount was also debited from my account but again was not credited to my Stake balance. It has now been about a week since the first failed deposit. I tried to resolve this through Stake’s support, but I have only been able to contact AI agents and have not been able to reach a real support agent to look into my case. As a result, I am still missing a total of 1,250 INR that was taken from my bank account but not reflected on my Stake account. I request that both deposits, 750 INR from 17/06/2026 and 500 INR from 20/06/2026, be promptly credited to my Stake balance and that I be provided with a clear explanation of why these UPI transactions did not process correctly.
