Deposit Debited From Bank but Not Credited to Wallet

On 18 June 2026, I made a payment of ₹2499.99 from my Rajasthan Marudhar Gramin Bank (SBI) account to fund my Parimatch account, but the money was deducted from my bank and has not been credited to my Parimatch wallet. The transaction details are as follows: Transaction ID T2606181009000800124511 and UTR 271153390830. Even though the amount was successfully debited from my bank, my Parimatch account has still not received the balance, and I am unable to use the money on your platform. I request that this payment be traced urgently and that the ₹2499.99 be added to my Parimatch wallet as soon as possible, and that you resolve this issue without any further delay.
