Kiwi.com Not Providing Refund For Three Months
I booked a trip through Kiwi.com under booking number 746459285, with flights operated by Jazeera Airways from Riyadh to Kuwait and then from Kuwait to Ahmedabad, scheduled for 17 March. The airline did not operate the flight, so the journey could not take place. Following this, I requested a refund from Kiwi.com. Initially, I was informed that the airline was not refunding the ticket. Later, Kiwi.com told me that the case had been escalated to their finance department, but I have not received any update or resolution since then. Since the flight was not operated, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for this booking to be processed to my original payment method as soon as possible, and I would like clear written confirmation of the refund.
