Missing $12 From $100 Deposit – Urgent Review Required

I deposited $100 into my 1win account on the 14th at around 2:10 PM using a bank card, but only $88 was credited to my balance. The remaining $12 is missing, and there was no explanation, warning, or prior notice about any possible fee or deduction that would justify this difference. I have a transaction reference ID on my payment receipt, which clearly shows that the full amount of $100 was successfully processed. Despite this, my 1win balance reflects only $88. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, and they only asked me to send a screenshot. After that, they did not properly investigate the situation or give me a clear, detailed explanation of what happened to the missing $12. I request that 1win immediately review this deposit, clearly explain why $12 is missing, and correct my account balance. If this amount was taken as a fee without transparent and prior notice, I expect the $12 to be credited back to my 1win account without delay.

Hello! We already see the issue and have taken it into work. At the moment, the transactions are still being processed, and the team is checking all transfer details carefully.
