UPI Deposits Missing Despite Successful Bank Transfers

I am writing to report an unresolved problem with three UPI deposits I made to my Stake.com account from India, which have not been credited despite the amounts being debited from my bank. On 31 May 2026, I made two UPI deposits to Stake.com, one of ₹500 (debited as ₹499.66) with UTR number 615145644135 and another of ₹10,000 (debited as ₹9,999.06) with UTR number 634472925907. On 3 June 2026, I made a further UPI deposit of ₹20,000 with UTR number 493916703630. All three amounts were successfully debited from my bank account and are shown as completed transactions in my UPI/bank records, but none of these deposits have been credited to my Stake.com balance. I contacted Stake.com support, and they informed me that they have not received these amounts and advised me to contact my bank. However, when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that all three payments were successfully processed and sent to Stake.com. At this point I am stuck between the platform and the bank, with a total of ₹30,500 debited from my account and no reflection of these funds in my Stake.com account. I request that Stake.com urgently investigate these three UPI transactions using the UTR numbers provided, reconcile them with their payment provider, and either credit the full amounts to my Stake.com account or refund the total sum of ₹30,500 back to my bank account as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed in writing of the result of this investigation and the action taken.
