UPI Deposit Debited Twice But One Payment Missing

I am writing regarding an issue with an uncredited deposit on the Stake gambling platform. On 17 May 2026, my bank account was debited twice by UPI, each for 2,000 INR, in favour of BIRADAVOLU S***, which is the UPI payee I used for my Stake deposit. One of these deposits was successfully credited to my Stake account linked to the email address amitb***[email protected], but the other 2,000 INR deposit has still not been reflected in my Stake balance. The transaction details for the two deposits are as follows: 2,000 INR on 17 May 2026 with UTR/transaction IDs 123279165501 and 123279578383. My bank confirms that both transactions were successfully debited from my account, but only one deposit is visible in my Stake account, and the other remains missing even though it has now been over a week since the transactions. I have tried contacting Stake customer support multiple times about this problem but have not received any response so far. This lack of communication is very frustrating, especially since the money has already left my bank account. I request that Stake urgently investigate these two UPI transactions, identify which of the transactions has not been credited, and either immediately credit the missing 2,000 INR to my Stake account or refund that amount back to my original UPI source, along with a clear written explanation of what went wrong.
