Deposits Deducted From Bank but Never Credited to Wallet

I am writing regarding two pending deposit issues on my Stake.com account that have not been credited to my wallet, even though the amounts have been deducted from my bank account. On 31 March 2026 at around 3:14 p.m., I made a deposit of Rs 5,000 to Stake.com using UPI via PhonePe linked to my IDFC First Bank account. The payment was successful on my side, and the amount was debited from my bank account with UPI transaction ID 589759380160, but the money has not been added to my Stake.com wallet. Again, on 13 June 2026 at around 6:34 p.m., I made another deposit of Rs 2,000 using the same method, UPI via PhonePe with IDFC First Bank. This payment was also debited from my bank account with UPI transaction ID 616455065764, yet the amount has still not appeared in my Stake.com wallet. I have already contacted Stake.com customer support, but the problem has not been resolved and my funds remain pending. These delays are causing me serious inconvenience, as the total of Rs 7,000 is stuck despite successful deductions from my bank. I request that these two deposits be urgently traced and immediately credited to my Stake.com wallet, or otherwise handled in a way that ensures I do not lose this money. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and inform me once the funds are correctly reflected in my account.
