I made two separate deposits into my Stake casino wallet through the PhonePe application, but neither amount has been credited to my account. The first deposit of ₹5,000 was made on March 3, 2026, and the second deposit of ₹5,000 was made on April 6, 2026, making a total of ₹10,000 that is currently missing.
The transaction UTR numbers are 796781013981 and 132564361349. After noticing that the deposits were not reflected in my Stake wallet, I contacted customer support each time. However, I was informed that the funds had not reached them, even though the payments were successfully debited from my account.
So far, I have not received any proper written response or resolution. I request that these two PhonePe transactions be urgently investigated using the provided UTR numbers and that the full amount of ₹10,000 be credited to my Stake casino wallet as soon as possible. Alternatively, I ask for a clear explanation and a proper resolution regarding what happened to my funds.
