Stake INR Deposit Cheating
I deposited ₹1,350 into my Stake account on April 17, 2026, via UPI using the Paytm app. The payment was successfully completed from my side, and I have the UPI reference number 610748063167 as proof. However, the amount has still not been credited to my Stake account balance.
When I contacted Stake support, I was told that they did not receive the payment and that I should contact my bank for a refund. I followed this instruction, and my bank has confirmed that the transaction was successful and that the funds were already transferred to the recipient’s account. Therefore, there is no refund possible from the bank’s side.
At this point, I am stuck between Stake and my bank, even though the payment has clearly been completed. I request that Stake urgently investigate this transaction using the UPI reference number 610748063167 and credit the ₹1,350 to my Stake account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why the payment has not been reflected despite being successfully processed.
