I purchased a URL (domain name) for my Google site, but even though the domain can be used as an email address and I received a notification stating this, I cannot access this URL through my Squarespace account and therefore cannot set up my website.
I am requesting either a refund for the payment or that the setup be reviewed, fixed, and completed properly. If the necessary action is not taken, I state that I will file complaints with the appropriate authorities regarding this issue. I respectfully request that the required steps be taken.
