If your domain stopped working properly after a Squarespace migration;

• Contact Squarespace support via dashboard help or email and explain that your domain broke after migration
• Provide your site URL, domain name, migration date, DNS provider, and screenshots of errors (DNS, SSL, site not loading)

Ask them to;

• Review your DNS records (A records, CNAME, nameservers) for migration issues
• Fix SSL/domain connection problems caused by the transfer
• Confirm the domain is properly connected and propagated

If the problem persists;

• Keep DNS screenshots, emails, and timestamps
• Check domain settings with your registrar and share details with Squarespace
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek technical resolution and accountability
