Google Workspace Subscription Will Not Cancel Before Renewal

I purchased a Google Workspace subscription last year, and because I do not want to renew it this year, I have been trying to cancel it for approximately two weeks. However, I have been unable to cancel my subscription, and the system continues to notify me that it will be renewed.

The subscription associated with Google Workspace was purchased through Squarespace. Even though I have been responding to emails sent by Google, I have received no response whatsoever, and I have not been provided with a clear solution regarding the cancellation of my subscription.

I do not want my subscription to renew, and I do not want to experience any further problems regarding this matter. I request that my Google Workspace subscription and the associated renewal process be canceled immediately, and that any renewal charge that may have already been processed also be canceled or refunded.
