Unauthorized Netflix Charge Despite Not Saving My Card

I signed up for a one-month Netflix membership on December 31, 2024, and continued without saving my card. However, on February 21, 2025, ₺230 was deducted from my account without my consent.
First, how is it possible for Netflix to charge my card when I didn’t save it on my account? Second, the timeline doesn’t even make sense—how does 31 days stretch to nearly two months? I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and remove my card, but the platform won’t let me do so, no matter how many times I try.
Netflix, I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge and a resolution to this issue. Customers should not have to deal with such unclear and unjust billing practices.
