Locked Out of My Spotify Account – Password Reset and Email Access Not Working

I tried logging out and back into my Spotify account, but now I can't access it at all. I've attempted to reset the password multiple times, but it still doesn't work, and I can't complete any actions via my email either. Meanwhile, my Premium membership is still being charged to my card. I urgently need this issue resolved. Please help me regain access to my account and stop the ongoing charges. Thank you!
