Sportsbet Seized My $4,000 Withdrawal and Blocked My Account Without Proof

Four days ago, I requested a $4,000 withdrawal from my Sportsbet mobile app account, but the funds have still not been transferred to my bank account. After submitting the withdrawal, I was asked to provide multiple identity verification documents, including an ID and a live facial verification video. I submitted all required documents twice, fully and correctly, yet I was later informed that my account had been confiscated for “multiple accounts” and that my funds had been seized.

No official explanation or written notice was provided at any point during this process. I have never faced such an issue before and did not use any bonuses or promotional offers during my betting activity.

My username is e****241, and my full name is E* E***. I demand the immediate release and payment of my $4,000 balance, as this account action is unjustified and unsupported by evidence.
