I bought the "Galaxy S21 FE Case, Spigen Tough Armor" from your website on July 24th. So, like, it's been a whole 23 days since today, August 15th, 2023, and guess what? That item still hasn't shown up, worse when I checked, noticed that the product is marked as "out of stock" on your website and can't be bought anymore. so, it appears that I've been waiting for something that's not even in stock anymore. I'm so annoyed because I thought I ordered that product, but turns out it's not even available for delivery right away.  I was expecting to get the product pretty soon, especially since it was available when I ordered it. what happened then or was it always like this?

My grievance was not resolved. I received a ridiculous offer saying "remove your complaint from the internet and we will give you this amount of gift vouchers," which I did not accept. After that, I was given gift vouchers worth half of that offer, but I did not use them either.
