Soyo Withdrawal Not Deposited After Two Days, Support Team Unresponsive

On December 16, 2025, I made a withdrawal through the Soyo app, and then on December 17, 2025, I submitted another withdrawal request. It has now been two days, and the total amount of approximately $12 from these two transactions has still not been deposited into my Ziraat Bank account. I contacted customer service through the Soyo app to find out the reason for the delay and seek a solution, but even though they appear to be online, I have not received any response. I am experiencing hardship both because I have not received my money and because the support team has failed to respond. I request that my withdrawal transactions be urgently reviewed, that the approximately $12 balance be deposited into my Ziraat Bank account, and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding the delay.
