Yoho App Charged My Account Without Consent and Never Responded

About 1–2 months ago, I discovered that a total of approximately $48 had been transferred at different times through the Yoho app without my knowledge, approval, or any action on my part. These transactions occurred entirely outside of my awareness and control.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I first contacted you and filed a complaint. I was informed that “your complaint has been received and is being reviewed.” I then contacted my bank as well, and they also initiated an investigation. I am currently waiting for the bank’s outcome. However, even though I contacted you before the bank and was told that you were “looking into it,” no result, explanation, or update has been provided to me despite the amount of time that has passed.
Because I cannot reach anyone responsible within the Yoho app and have received no response from you, my inconvenience is ongoing. I am requesting that the investigation into these unauthorized transactions be completed, that the outcome be clearly communicated to me in writing, and that I be urgently informed about the refund of my financial loss so this issue can be resolved.
