Soyo Mobile Lacks “Withdraw Coins” Feature and Support Won’t Respond
I have accumulated 22,777 coins in the Soyo Mobile app, but I do not know how to transfer these coins to my account. There is no section in the app such as “withdraw coins” or “claim rewards,” and I have not been asked to add any bank account information. I have also not received any notification, email, or SMS regarding coin withdrawals. I have been trying to withdraw my coins for the past two to three days and attempted to contact customer service about this issue, but I have not received any response. My username is A****.
