Soyo App Delays $56 Withdrawal and Keeps Payment Under Review

On January 6, 2026, at 12:59 AM, I submitted a withdrawal request on the Soyo app for 250,000 diamonds in the amount of $56 via IBAN transfer. Although more than 24 hours have passed, the money has still not been deposited into my bank account, and the transaction continues to show as “under review” in the app. Despite contacting in-app live support multiple times, I have not received any response. I also sent a message to the agency I am affiliated with, but they did not reply either. My Soyo account ID is 330**080. I urgently request that my payment be deposited into my account as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear written explanation as to why this process has been delayed for so long.
