Soyo App Says “Account Has Reached Upper Limit” and Blocks Login Access

For a long time, I have been receiving a warning on the Soyo app stating, “Your account has reached the upper limit,” and because of this message, I am unable to log into my account. Every time I open the app, I see the same warning and cannot use my account in any way. I contacted Soyo customer service regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. The reason for the problem has not been explained, nor have I been given any information about a solution. I request that my Soyo account be reopened, that I be able to log in again, and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding this issue.
