Soyo iOS Diamond Withdrawals Stuck on “Under Review” for Three Days

I use the Soyo app on the iOS platform. For the past three days, I have been receiving a “Under Review” warning on all of my diamond withdrawal requests, and my diamonds are not being converted into cash. My account information is correct, and I entered my QNB Finansbank IBAN accurately and completely. I was previously able to withdraw without any issues, but this problem has been affecting all of my transactions for the last three days. I request that the total accumulated value of my diamonds be deposited into my bank account as soon as possible. I tried contacting customer service, but I have not received any response. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved urgently.
