Soyo App Overcharges for Messages and Fails to Provide Clear Billing Explanation

I load about $34 per day into the Soyo app just for messaging. When I deposit this amount, I expect to receive at least 10,000 message credits. However, I noticed that my message credits run out very quickly, and my balance was gone after around 20,300 messages. For such a high fee, the rate at which the messages are being used up is absolutely not normal in my opinion. If there have been excessive charges or missing message credits, I request that this issue be investigated and that any unfairly charged amounts be refunded to me. I also want a clear, detailed, and easy-to-understand explanation of how message counting and billing work in the system, and I expect this explanation to be provided to me as soon as possible.

Please, find a solution for these dwindling coins as soon as possible. I can only send 30 messages out of 10,000 coins; I've never seen anything like this. Please, I need an urgent solution.
