I Face Missing Diamonds Issue in Sugo Game After Payment via Yoho App

On October 11, 2025, I downloaded the Yoho app on my Android device to purchase diamonds for the Sugo game and used it for about half an hour. I carefully followed every required step to ensure the diamonds would be added to my account. However, the diamonds were never credited.
In this process, I was using my Sugo account with the user ID 147718427. When the diamonds didn’t appear, I only entered my email address into the system but didn’t receive any further assistance. I also made a ₺229 mobile payment for this transaction.
I request that the diamonds be added to my account as soon as possible, or that my payment be refunded. I kindly ask for a prompt resolution to this issue.
